On a commercial array the maths is simple and unforgiving: every percentage point of output you lose to dirt is money, every month, for as long as the array is dirty. The bigger the system, the faster neglect adds up.

Why clean glass matters more at scale

A panel is a sheet of cells under glass, and every cell only converts the light that reaches it. Film on the surface is a tax on every hour of daylight. On a residential roof that is a modest annual number. Across a few thousand modules it is a line item somebody has to explain.

Our commercial work is done by hand by people who know what they are looking at. That means the cells are cleaned without being stressed — and it means the crew notices the things a machine never would: a cracked module, a loose clamp, a connector working its way free, vegetation starting to shade a row. You get told about it.
