Home Power Washing

Exterior surfaces

Power washing

Driveways, walls, lanais and walkways brought back to a clean finish — at a pressure the surface can actually take.

Power washing an exterior surface at an Oahu property

Same story as the windows: customers saw what we did with the panels and asked whether we could do the rest of the property. Now we do.

The important part of power washing is not the machine. It is knowing how much pressure a given surface will tolerate.

The machine is not the skill

A pressure washer in careless hands strips paint, carves lines into soft concrete, forces water behind siding and shreds mortar. The damage is permanent and it is obvious afterwards. Matching pressure and technique to the surface is the entire job, and it is why this is worth handing to somebody who does it daily.

Cheaper than replacing

Organic growth and salt buildup do not just look bad, they degrade what they sit on. In this climate, mould and algae work year-round. Washing a surface periodically costs a fraction of replacing shingles, siding or concrete that was allowed to break down.

A healthier exterior

Mould, mildew and algae on the walls and walkways of a humid island home are a household concern as much as a cosmetic one — particularly around entryways, lanais and anywhere people walk barefoot.

  • Driveways, walkways, lanais, walls and fences
  • Pressure matched to the surface
  • Safe for painted and older exteriors
  • Combine with panels, gutters or windows
